Getting Started on the Connex Partners Community

Welcome!

The Connex Partners Community is a place for you to interact with your peers on current topics that you, and many others, are currently facing. Follow the steps below to get you started on the platform. You can also access our tutorial video series for more guidance.

Check out our recent #ProTips:

To Login:

➔ Go to community.connexpartners.com.
➔ Click SIGN IN in the upper right corner of the page.
➔ To login, enter your email address associated with your Connex Partners membership and the password that was provided to you. If you have forgotten your password, please try resetting your password or reach out to community@connexpartners.com


Change/Reset Your Password: 

➔ If you're already logged in, click your photo/icon in the top right corner and click the log out button.
➔ Once you are logged out, click "sign in" and then the "did you forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address and it will send you an email to reset the password to something of your choosing.
**The reset password email may be sent to your junk folder, so please reach out to community@connexpartners.com with issues.**


Login to the Mobile App:

The Mobile App will allow you to post a new discussion, reply to an existing thread, and view recently shared events and library resources. 

Here’s how you can download the app: 

  1. Download the Connected Community app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Enter the community’s domain: community.connexpartners.com
  3. Login using your usual community credentials. Select “stay logged in” if the option appears.



Verify Your Profile:

Once you're logged in, the next step is to Verify your Profile. We have taken the extra step of adding in your LinkedIn profile and photo. But should any information need to be corrected, please navigate to your profile or reach out to community@connexpartners.com

Note: if you ever need to update your discussion subscription settings, just head to your profile and click to "Community Notifications" under "My Account."

Find Current Discussions & Resources

After verifying your profile, you can browse our Community to check out the recent discussions. These can be found by selecting “Communities” along the top toolbar. The community homepage includes a navigation bar that will connect you to discussions, resource library entries, and other community members. 


Check out the communtiy discussions list to view a quick snapshot of all conversations. Click the thread subject (ex. COVID-19 Employee Testing) to read the whole thread:

You are able to read and interact with the posts by liking, following, and commenting on the discussions.

You can also connect directly with your peers by sending a contact request or a direct message to them - just hover over their name in a discussion thread and select one of the following two options.

Get Answers

When you're ready to start your own conversation, head over to your community and click "post new message." Add a descriptive subject line and quick question, then hit "post!"
